Allegiant Air’s motto is “Bring the Smile Back to Flying”. They have 47 destinations in 29 states. The corporate headquarters is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Allegiant Air was founded in 1997 as WestJet Express and changed their name to Allegiant Air after a trademark dispute in 1998. They began scheduled service in October 1999.
